There are moments in professional wrestling history that alter the trajectory of the sport, a performer, or a company. Inside these moments, magic is made, history is etched in stone, and an indelible mark is left on the industry.

This moment, however, is not one of them, and TNA star Mustafa Ali wants answers after a controversial attack during TNA Final Resolution in December. In an exclusive interview with TheSportster, and ahead of TNA Genesis, Mustafa Ali wants answers from TNA management on the attack by Elijah, dubbed "The Laso in El Paso", and what our investigation has turned up thus far.

Mustafa Ali Demands A Response From TNA Management

Over the past few weeks, Elijah has been antagonizing Order 4 and its leader, Mustafa Ali, in presence and in song. Ahead of their match at Genesis on January 17th, the two traded barbs, words, and fists inside the ring, setting the stage for their one-on-one faceoff.

Their feud took a turn during Final Resolution, where Ali was lassoed and drug by a horse out of the stadium during his eight-man tag match with Order 4 against The Rascalz. Ali confirms that he felt Elijah's most recent song about him was disrespectful and takes aim at someone he sees as unsure of who he really is.

What a disrespectful human being. I would not call Elijah a musician. I would call him a gimmick with the guitar. He's trying to be a cowboy, and he's trying to be a hustler, and he's trying to be a musician. It's too much. I had a bad day at the office, and I had announced that I needed the ring. He happened to be in the ring. He refused to leave the ring, so I put him in his place. And since then, this man has gone out of his way to write songs and ride horses.

Mustafa Ali Starts A New Movement: "Suspend Elijah"

Mustafa Ali remains confident in his efforts against Elijah, culminating in their match at Genesis on January 17th. With a major fresh beginning for TNA on AMC, and the news of his re-signing another deal with the company, Ali has no plans on ending this feud with him, or his efforts to win the TNA World Championship from Mike Santana or Frankie Kazarian.

Ali is laser focused on his match with Elijah, and wants answers on whether this was a coordinated attack from the top of TNA. He says he's not even worried about the match, and is hopeful that his opponent won't even make it to Genesis.

Maybe we can get Elijah suspended before Genesis as well. Let's not worry about this match that's being advertised. We don't want to Walk With Elijah. We want to suspend Elijah. That's a little [bit of a] hard catchphrase to get going, but I think we can work on it.

TNA Management nor President Carlos Silva replied to our request for comment regarding Mustafa Ali's claims of conspiracy at the time of publication.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT premieres Thursday, January 15th on AMC at 9pm ET. TNA Genesis takes place on Saturday, January 17th from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, TX, and can be watched on TNA+. Check your local listings for start times in your area.
