New Women's World Champion to be crowned on next WWE Raw

A new Women's World Champion will be crowned on the April 22 WWE Raw. 

After Rhea Ripley was forced to vacate the Women's World title due to injury on this week's episode, WWE announced on Raw that a new champion will be crowned on next week's show. 

No further details as to how the new champion will be crowned were given. 

The new World Tag Team Championship will also be defended on next week's Raw, with The Miz & R-Truth defending against DIY's Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa. 

The Miz & R-Truth were presented with new title belts to represent the newly christened World Tag Team Championship on this week's Raw, and DIY then won a triple threat number one contenders match to earn a title shot. 

Also set for next week's Raw, The Judgment Day's Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh will face Andrade & Ricochet in tag team action.
