NJPW Road to Tokyo Dome live results: Final KOPW 2024 match

NJPW will crown the 2024 KOPW Champion today on its penultimate event of the year on the first of two consecutive nights at Korakuen Hall.

In the main event, Great-O-Khan will defend the KOPW 2024 against Taichi. O-Khan has held the provisional KOPW title for the bulk of the year, including an uninterrupted reign since June’s Dominion event in Osaka.

A Wrestle Kingdom main event preview is set for the semi-main position on today’s card, with IWGP Word Heavyweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. teaming with Kosei Fujita against Hiroshi Tanahashi and Shota Umino. Umino challenges Sabre for the IWGP title at Wrestle Kingdom on January 4 in the Tokyo Dome.

In another Tokyo Dome preview, IWGP Global Champion David Finlay teams with SANADA and Gedo against Yota Tsuji, BUSHI, and Shingo Takagi of Los Ingobernables de Japon on today’s undercard. Tsuji will challenge Finlay for his Global title at Wrestle Kingdom.
