It appears that TNA Wrestling is closer to a new TV deal. TNA President Carlos Silva revealed that the company is in active negotiations with one partner while talking to Scott Fishman of TV Insider.

Silva revealed that they aren’t just talking to a “bunch of people” but now have an interested partner in airing Impact, and there could be a deal as soon as 2026. Silva didn’t reveal who TNA was working with, though. Silva said:
“We’re now in active negotiations with a partner, and we’re going to work through that. I can’t really put a timeline on how long that will take. The good news is the process has started. We’re no longer just talking to a bunch of people to sort of gauge interest. Now we have an interested partner and working through potentially a deal for 2026. It’s going to happen as soon as it can happen. We were working on it as recently as yesterday, exchanging papers and trying to figure it out. We’re excited about it and keep pushing it forward to get this over the finish line. It’s done when it’s over the finish line.”
Impact currently airs on AXS TV on Thursdays and is also available for TNA+ subscribers.
As noted, there has been speculation that Impact could be moving to CW. WWE and TNA have a partnership that has been official since January 2025. Their multi-year partnership has been between TNA and NXT stars. Next week, on October 7, on the CW, there will be a special TV event called Showdown, and it’s NXT vs. TNA. The matches include the following:
Back to the potential CW deal, it was first reported by The TakeDown on SI in August. Sources expressed to the outlet that CW was interested in Impact moving to its network. What was also notable about the report was that the sources told the outlet that TNA could move to Wednesdays around the same time when AEW Dynamite airs. Though at this moment it’s unclear who TNA is currently talking to, and if it’s actually the CW. That being said, it wouldn't be surprising if it does end up being the same network as NXT.
