Pretty Deadly earn future WWE Tag Team title shot

Pretty Deadly are in line for a WWE Tag Team title shot. Elton Prince and Kit Wilson of Pretty Deadly won a three-way number one contender’s match on Friday’s WWE SmackDown to earn a future shot at the Tag Team titles. Pretty Deadly defeated Los Garza (Angel & Berto), and Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) in Friday’s match to become the top contenders. They will go on to face the winners of the DIY vs. Street Profits Tag Team title bout set for next week’s SmackDown at a date yet to be announced. Prince and Wilson are former two-time NXT Tag Team Champions, and also held the NXT UK Tag Team titles on one occasion. Pretty Deadly joined the WWE main roster in May 2023 as part of that year’s WWE Draft, and have remained on the blue brand for their entire tenure to this point.
