The Road To WrestleMania 41 is heating up, and the March 10, 2025, episode of WWE Raw planted the seeds for several major matchups at the biggest event of the year. WWE delivered a night filled with exciting moments and WrestleMania-worthy confrontations, teasing some of the undercard matches that will likely take place in Las Vegas.
While the major title matches seem locked in, there are still changes that could happen between now and the big event. As the WrestleMania card takes shape, unexpected twists, last-minute stipulations, and potential new challengers could shake up the landscape even further. Here’s a closer look at how Raw set the stage for some of the biggest potential showdowns at WrestleMania 41.
ROMAN REIGNS is BACK and he's out for REVENGE! â˜ï¸#WWERawpic.twitter.com/bqx0mAWBOw— WWE (@WWE) March 11, 2025
CM Punk and Seth Rollins have been at each other's throat ever since Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series 2023. They fought on WWE's Netflix debut, with Punk coming out victorious. Their rivalry escalated at the Royal Rumble, where Punk eliminated both Rollins and Roman Reigns. As fans know, there's no love lost between the former Shield members, as Rollins double stomped Reigns on the outside following their eliminations. Punk and Rollins once again re-ignited their hatred for each other at the Elimination Chamber, as they cost each other a shot at main eventing WrestleMania 41.
The latest episode of Raw saw Punk and Rollins battle inside a steel cage to finally settle their rivalry, only for Reigns to shockingly return and take them both out, signaling an inevitable WrestleMania collision. All three men have a long history together, from the inception of The Shield, to Punk and Roman being "Paul Heyman guys." The Wiseman will definitely play a major role in the upcoming weeks, setting up a star-studded triple threat the likes we've rarely seen at WrestleMania.
Logan Paul picked a fight with Andrew Schulz at Madison Square Garden ... AND AJ Styles!#WWERawpic.twitter.com/15o8TkA6dc— WWE (@WWE) March 11, 2025
The burgeoning rivalry between AJ Styles and Logan Paul rapidly intensified on the latest episode of Raw, setting the stage for a potential high-profile clash at WrestleMania 41.
The tension between these two competitors escalated at Madison Square Garden. Logan Paul addressed the audience but was met with overwhelming boos. Spotting comedian Andrew Schulz at ringside, Paul attempted to engage him, expecting support. However, Schulz wasn't having it, dismissing Paul's relevance and highlighting that New York fans prefer "real" wrestlers like AJ Styles. This infuriated Paul, who then dragged Schulz over the barricade and into the ring, preparing to attack him. Before Paul could proceed, AJ Styles stormed in, hitting the Phenomenal Forearm on The Maverick. Logan fled as AJ demanded a fight, igniting what is likely going to be their WrestleMania 41 feud.
We mentioned earlier how all major title matches were pretty much set in stone, but after the latest episode of Raw, WWE might make an adjustment to the Women's World Championship match. IYO SKY won the title on last week's episode, dethroning Rhea Ripley, who got distracted by Bianca Belair at ringside.
While IYO SKY Vs. Bianca Belair would be all kinds of awesome on the grand stage, adding Ripley to the match would take it to another level. On the latest episode of Raw, Ripley interrupted the faceoff between IYO and Belair, who got into The EST's face. Both women were jawing at each other and pushed away the champion, causing IYO to slap both competitors while pointing to the WrestleMania sign. SKY refused to be the third wheel, likely challenging both women at WrestleMania 41 to shut them up for good.
Chad Gable has spent the past few months clashing with luchadors such as Penta and Rey Mysterio, developing an intense obsession with finding a way to take them down. Dominik Mysterio gave him a contact in Mexico who could help out Gable, which seemingly led to a lucha mask.
When Rey Mysterio and fellow LWO member Dragon Lee took on The New Day on Raw, a masked man that looked like Chad Gable emerged from the crowd and took out the lucha stars, leading to a New Day win. Although Gable denies that it was him, multiple clues indicate that it was indeed the American Made star. While it's hard to predict at this time the exact match this will lead to at WrestleMania 41, expect some form of tag team match involving Chad Gable and The Creeds taking on Rey Mysterio, Penta, and his WWE-bound free agent brother, Rey Fenix: the duo is conveniently named The Lucha Bros, representing the epitome of Gable's current hatred.
