Rhea Ripley reacts to WWE Hall of Famer posing with her cosplayer

Ripley started her dominant title reign at WrestleMania 39 after defeating Charlotte Flair . She held the title throughout the year, culminating in her latest victory over another member of the Four Horsewomen, Becky Lynch, at WrestleMania XL. However, she soon had to relinquish her title due to a brutal attack by Liv Morgan , who was on her revenge tour. The Eradicator has been out of action since then.

Although she is absent from WWE right now, Ripley has been active on social media. Speaking of the severity of her injury, her AC joint sprain could take almost 5 months to fully recover, according to several reports. Unfortunately, this means she could end up missing some of the upcoming big PLEs like SummerSlam and Bash in Berlin. 

WWE veteran Konnan spoke on how the Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio angle could play out once Rhea Ripley is fit

After Rhea Ripley’s injuries, there have been many instances where her archrivals, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio, have exchanged glances. Morgan vowed to take everything from the former Women’s World Champion, including her Latino Heat. WWE veteran Konnan expressed his opinion on the angle and felt that it could result in a mixed tag team match.

Speaking on his podcast “Keepin’ It 100 with Konnan,” he explained what could happen when Mami catches “Dirty” Dom cheating on her, leading up to a match between both parties. He also stated that an intergender match between Ripley and Dominik seems highly unlikely. Konnan further suggested that it would be a mixed tag team match between Morgan and Dominik against Ripley and a mystery partner.

I don't see that happening. You could see a good match between a man and a woman. But what I'm saying is that you're gonna see before you ever see Dom vs. Rhea in WWE if it ever happens, you will see maybe Liv does something with Dom then it would be Liv vs. Rhea or Dominik and Liv vs. Rhea and another babyface. Recently, when the 29-year-old superstar announced that she had parted ways with former WWE superstar Bo Dallas, his reaction raised many eyebrows. It will be interesting to see Rhea Ripley’s reaction once she finds out what’s brewing between the two. But before that, Morgan will look forward to taking the Women’s World Title away from Becky Lynch at the King and Queen of the Ring PLE in Saudi Arabia.
