Roman Reigns made a thunderous return to WWE on the July 14th segment of Monday Night Raw. Wasting no time, he went straight after Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker to settle the score from the aftermath of WrestleMania 41. With this explosive comeback, Reigns is officially back in the mix and is now set to be a major part of the road to SummerSlam 2025. Following his return, ‘The OTC1’ had a message for his rivals.

Taking to X, the former Undisputed WWE Champion expressed how good it felt to be back on the show. He added that more “receipts”, meaning more punishment, are on the way in the coming weeks. It was a clear and direct message to Seth Rollins’ faction, who had previously claimed they had run ‘The Needle Mover’ out of WWE for good.

Moreover, Reigns is expected to compete in a high-stakes tag team match against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at this year’s SummerSlam. Following his return, he extended a hand to his former Bloodline ally, Jey Uso. In the closing moments of the show, Reigns made it clear that the sole purpose of his comeback was to take down Reed and Breakker and to stand by his cousin, Jey Uso, during these turbulent times.

Furthermore, if WWE chooses not to go with the tag team match route, the company could opt for a high-profile singles bout between ‘The Dawg of WWE’ and ‘The OTC’ at ‘The Biggest Party of the Summer’. Regardless of the direction, with Seth Rollins currently sidelined due to injury, WWE is expected to shift the spotlight onto ‘The Head of the Table’ for the time being, at least until he steps away again for his ongoing Hollywood commitments.

Paul Heyman sent a powerful message to Roman Reigns following his return

Paul Heyman was one of Roman Reigns’ closest allies until he shockingly aligned with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41. Since then, ‘The Oracle’ has become a prime target for ‘The OTC’ in WWE. Following Reigns’ return on Monday Night Raw, the former Wiseman delivered a bold and powerful message aimed directly at ‘The Needle Mover’.

Taking to X, Heyman shared a somber photo of himself at an airport, clearly frustrated by the night’s events. He wrote that it was supposed to be Breakker’s moment of triumph, but interference from CM Punk and ‘The Needle Mover’ cost him his shot at greatness. However, Heyman ended his post with a chilling warning, declaring that he and his alliance are determined to destroy Roman Reigns’ ‘Island of Relevancy’ once and for all.

Just landed home in New York. This was supposed to be @BronBreakkerWWE’s night. We are going to nuke the Island of Relevancy!

Additionally, Bronson Reed also posted a statement for Reigns’ return. He claimed that ‘Tsunamis’ are about to be unleashed over anyone standing in his way. This is an incredible setup for the upcoming feud between ‘The Head of the Table’ and Rollins’ faction. That said, it is going to be interesting to see what WWE has in store for SummerSlam from here on.

Roman Reigns’ return becomes the most viewed return of 2025

Roman Reigns has made several comebacks over the past few years, but each time, it’s a moment fans eagerly anticipate, and this week was no different. His latest return on Monday Night Raw became the most-viewed WWE return of 2025, proving once again that ‘The Head of the Table’ remains a massive draw.
