Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed in Australian Street Fight

Reigns will be facing his current enemy, The Vision’s Bronson Reed, at Crown Jewel: Perth in an Australian Street Fight. It only makes sense, Australia is Reed’s home country.

Reigns opened last night’s episode, which took place in Dallas, Texas. It didn’t take long for Reed and Paul Heyman to come out and antagonize the former WWE Champion. They brought up what happened to Reigns at Clash in Paris, when he was taken out of the arena on a stretcher — after the OTC had defeated Reed in their match. Anyway, Reigns then challenged Reed to a match that night, but Heyman decided they should do an Australian street fight at Crown Jewel: Perth. Reigns, of course, accepted. The two did end up getting into it before security came and tried to break it up.

After Clash in Paris, which was on August 31, Reigns was written off TV until he returned to WWE RAW on the September 29 episode.

Other Matches On The Card

Bronson Reed isn’t the only member of the Vision to be on the card for Crown Jewel either. WWE Heavyweight World Champion Seth Rollins is going to be facing Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to see who will be this year’s Crown Jewel Champion. Cody defeated Gunther last year to become the first WWE Crown Jewel Champion.

There will also be a women’s Crown Jewel Title match, which will be between WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

In tag team action, Australia’s own Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY are set to face The Kabuki Warriors. In his last WWE match in Australia, John Cena is set to face AJ Styles. This looks like it’s definitely going to be a fan favorite.

This is the first Crown Jewel event that will not be taking place in Saudi Arabia. Crown Jewel started back in 2018 with the main event between DX’s Shawn Michaels and Triple H versus The Brothers of Destruction (Kane and The Undertaker). This year’s Crown Jewel is set for the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
