Tag Team titles change hands at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver

New NXT Tag Team Champions have been crowned. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger defeated Nathan Frazer and Axiom at Saturday’s WWE NXT Stand & Deliver PLE to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. Fraxiom’s seven-month second reign as NXT’s top tag team ended with Ledger pinning Frazer after a spear and powerslam double team maneuver for the title change. Walker and Ledger had primarily been used as an underneath team in NXT prior to their winning a number one contender’s gauntlet match on Tuesday’s NXT TV episode to earn the title shot. With the loss, speculation is likely to begin that Fraxiom’s Axiom and Frazer could be main roster-bound. Aside from a 19-day run from Chase U, Frazer and Axiom held the title for nearly a full calendar year after winning gold last April 9 on an episode of NXT TV.
