Following the shocking events of TNA “Slammiversary,” Thursday’s episode of “iMPACT” featured the fallout. Mike Santana and Joe Hendry fell short against Trick Williams in the three-way title match this past Sunday, but the two squared off in the ring for the main event of “iMPACT.”
The show opened with a tribute to the late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan. Tom Hannifan sent condolences to Hogan’s family on behalf of TNA Wrestling.
Santino Marella made his way out to a loud ovation. Marella said history was made at “Slammiversary,” but he isn’t happy that both of TNA’s world titles are in the hands of “NXT” talent. Marella then gave a nod to Hogan, saying, “Let me tell you something, brothers.”
Marella warned Ethan Page that he’ll be looking to take the North American Championship from him next week. Masha Slamovich interrupted and said she isn’t interested in giving Marella praise for his pep talk. Slamovich demanded that she get a rematch with Jacy Jayne next week, and Marella obliged.
The System then made their way out. Slamovich and Alisha Edwards did a fist bump. Eddie Edwards told Marella that The System is proof of warriors who represent TNA. Edwards said he’s done everything in his power to help TNA. He said he won’t stand for outsiders invading their company.
Brian Myers then said TNA Wrestling means everything to The System. Myers said TNA isn’t a pit stop for The System; it’s their home. JDC then said The System would be Marella’s soldiers if he’s ready for war.
Moose said it’s no longer about titles for him; it’s about legacy. He then praised Leon Slater for being able to defeat him at “Slammiversary.” Moose then said people call themselves the face of TNA, but they quickly leave the company. Moose said his next step is to “Whoop That Trick.”
Trick Williams made his way out with Fir$t Cla$$. Williams told Moose to “sit your bobblehead ass down.” Williams said he’s the man who took out Joe Hendry and Mike Santana. He said Moose doesn’t have enough firepower for him.
Moose dared Williams to enter the ring, but Order Four’s music played. Mustafa Ali told Williams not to mention his name, or he would bury him like The Undertaker. Order Four called The System old and broken down. The System brawled with Order Four before security entered the ring.
Marella met with The System and said there’s too much chaos right now. Matt Cardona then walked in and said he has The System’s back. Marella then booked Cardona and Myers against The Great Hands.
The Personal Concierge called the fans in Rhode Island “losers” and “degenerates.” He then introduced The Elegance Brand. Sade sent M outside of the ring—the IInspiration then dove on The Elegance Brand. Not one to be outdone, Sade delivered a suicide dive to take out the field.
M by Elegance landed a dropkick in the corner. Sade was tagged in, and she delivered a dropkick to Heather. She then had hip attacks for Heather, and M. Sade countered M with a tornado DDT. Heather sent M crashing onto Sade with a hurricanrana. Sade dropkicked M off the apron and tagged Cassie Lee in. Lee kicked Heather, and Jessica McKay tagged herself in. The IInspiration then planted Heather with The Idolizer for the win.
Winners: The IInspiration and Mara Sade
Mike Santana refused to discuss his loss at “Slammiversary.” Indi Hartwell said Tessa Blanchard’s actions this past Sunday were “pathetic.” Dani Luna approached Hartwell and thanked her. Victoria Crawford offered to mentor Hartwell.
Eric Young was with The Northern Armory and said he’s been in TNA Wrestling for 23 years. He can’t stand what TNA has become with the outsiders running the show. Young said perhaps he should cleanse TNA.
Leon Slater hit the ring, and he praised Moose for giving him his props. He also gave credit to AJ Styles for paving the way for TNA’s X Division stars. He then called for The Hardys to make their way out. Matt and Jeff Hardy thanked fans for pushing them to another world tag team title reign.
Steve Maclin then entered the ring and said Slater and The Hardys fired him up in their effort to represent TNA. Maclin said it’s on all of them to hold the line for TNA.
A slew of seated chairs was set up in the ring. Jake Something hit a sitout powerbomb on the mat. Steph De Lander got involved, which allowed Warner to land a superplex on the chairs. De Lander handed Warner a sledgehammer, which was used. Something delivered a back suplex to his opponent on thumbtacks. Warner ran into a Black Hole Slam for the finish.
Winner: Jake Something
Jacy Jayne was out with the other members of Fatal Influence. She questioned why people were surprised that she defeated Masha Slamovich. Jayne said her goal is to change the course of history. She said when fans think of the TNA Knockouts Championship, they will think of her name.
Jayne said the TNA Knockouts are competitive, but she had some harsh words for the likes of Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee. Jayne vowed to hold onto the TNA Knockouts World Championship for a long time.
Tasha Steelz and Mustafa Ali distracted Brian Myers, allowing Jason Hotch to sneak in a cheap shot. Back in the ring, Myers landed a flatliner into a DDT combination on The Great Hands. Matt Cardona was tagged in, and he took Skyler down with a missile dropkick.
Cardona gave a nod to his wife, Chelsea Green, by hitting her finisher. Cardona knocked Ali off the apron. Alisha Edwards then attacked Steelz. A new lackey for Order Four chokeslammed Cardona, allowing Skyler to score the pin.

Winners: The Great Hands
Kaz tried joining the commentary desk, but Matthew Rehwoldt had security throw him out. Hendry and Santana shook hands and tied up. The intensity quickly increased as the two had a brief shoving match. The two reached a stalemate in the grappling.
Santana went for Spin the Block, but Hendry ducked. The Puerto Rican star settled for a senton, followed by a chop to the chest. Hendry countered the Rolling Buck Fifty and hit a cutter. Hendry hit a fallaway slam and went for the Standing Ovation. Santana avoided it, but he was hit with the Olympic Slam.
Santana fired up, but he ran into a pop-up powerbomb. Hendry then landed the Attitude Adjustment. Santana rebounded and hit the Rolling Buck Fifty for a two-count. Santana climbed the top turnbuckle and landed the Papi Splash for a near fall.
The two went back and forth, attempting to pin each other. Ultimately, Santana won with a jackknife pin.
Winner: Mike Santana
