Notes from Friday’s TNA Sacrifice event. Cora Jade, who has been out of action since a match was stopped on last week’s NXT, did end up wrestling at Sacrifice, losing to Masha Slamovich in a match for the TNA Knockouts title. Jade had been spending the last several weeks hyping the bout between her and Slamovich, not only on Impact but also on NXT. Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend, also of NXT, made a surprise appearance following the Knockouts Tag Team title bout. After Ash & Heather by Elegance won the titles from Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat), the Meta-Girls made their entrance on stage, staring down the new champions. The main event of Sacrifice was a 10-man tag team steel cage match that saw Nic Nemeth, Matt Hardy, Joe Hendry, Elijah, and Leon Slater defeat The System (JDC, Brian Meyers, and Eddie Edwards) and The Colons.
