Traci Brooks made a surprise return to IMPACT earlier this month to manage her husband Frankie Kazarian at Slammiversary.

Former IMPACT Wrestling Knockout Traci Brooks was a recent guest on GAW TV. When asked about her recent return to the company alongside her husband, Frankie Kazarian, Brooks revealed the two reasons she decided to go through with it.

“The reason I came back was that my husband asked me if I wanted to come and do this,” Traci Brooks said. “There was two reasons. One was because I always tell my son, the only regrets you make in life are the opportunities you don’t take. So I couldn’t say no. I’m gonna start to cry. I cry a lot. I’m sorry. I couldn’t say no because of him.

“Because sometimes he’s a little hesitant to do stuff. So I had to show him — he asked me too when the package aired and Frankie is like, ‘I’m bringing back the original Knockout.’ His face was just like, ‘Oh my God! My mom!’ and he was so excited. He’s like, ‘Are you scared?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m scared, but I’m gonna do it because I’m doing it for you.’ And I do it for my girlfriend Tracy. She passed away almost a year ago, and I live life for her.”

Traci Brooks believes Slammiversary was a great way to finish up her career

Later on in the interview, Brooks put over the IMPACT fans and how fun it was to go back with her husband. Despite that, it doesn’t sound like she’s planning to do this again full-time anytime soon.

“I love the fans,” Traci Brooks said. “The IMPACT fans were so incredible, and they embraced us, and it was fun going back with my husband. I haven’t managed him since ’05. So going back with him and having Rebel right there, it was a great way to finish up my career let’s say. I was lucky enough to know that I loved it. It was incredible. But I love being a stay-at-home mom. I do. I love being at home.”
