Trick Williams made a statement at Rebellion.
Joe Hendry successfully retained the TNA Championship at Rebellion, pinning NXT’s Ethan Page in a match that also featured Frankie Kazarian. As he was celebrating, however, Williams emerged and attacked Hendry, hitting him with a kick then connected with the trick shot. He grabbed the TNA title and looked at it before dropping it on Hendry, ending the show.

After his surprise WrestleMania appearance, Hendry came out on NXT and interrupted a conversation between Williams and NXT Champion Oba Femi. Hendry and Williams exchanged words, then Hendry told Femi that he has business with him after Rebellion. An angry Williams then confronted both men, leading both the NXT and TNA Champions to lay out Williams.
Later, Williams was seen backstage was irate at what went down and started to destroy the area, leading to GM Ava throwing him out of the building.
