This week’s WWE SmackDown saw one more superstar punch his ticket to the 2026 Men’s WWE Elimination Chamber Match, with the winner going on to challenge the Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania 42. Thus far, we’ve seen former world champions, as well as perennial main-eventers, secure their spot in the “Devil’s Playground.” On Friday night, we saw another one, and it’s in the form of unlikely winner Trick Williams.

Trick Williams, in an unlikely reunion, faced off against not only Damian Priest but also his former blood brother, Carmelo Hayes. In an ironic twist, these two barely touched in the early part of the match, with Priest delivering bombs left and right. In the most intense moments of the match, Damian Priest would hit the Razor’s Edge on Trick, but Melo would catch Priest off-guard with a Nothing but Net.

Trick would pry him off, and the two would finally clobber each other. Priest would interrupt this “reunion” by clobbering both men. The two would team up momentarily, harkening back to their days as Trick Melo Gang in NXT, but the two could not get on the same page to make this a one-on-one.

Priest would see the opportunity and deliver another Razor’s Edge on Carmelo. A gassed-out Trick Williams would go for the Hail Mary and deliver two Trick Shots to put away Damian Priest and advance to the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber.

With less than a week to go until the 2026 Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event in Chicago, the field is almost set, with one more spot hanging in the balance. Who will join Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, LA Knight, Je’Von Evans, and now, Trick Williams as they compete for a championship opportunity at the “Showcase of the Immortals” WrestleMania 42.
