It seems like Halloween has come early for WWE and their superstars. To get a feel of the festivities of All Saints’ Eve, WWE pulled a backstage prank on names like Tiffany Stratton , Bayley, #DIY, etc. And who better than The Boogeyman to scare them to death? The WWE Superstars were supposed to identify the creature that was inside the box, as shown in the video uploaded by WWE.
It was Boogeyman’s head, draped in his classic face paint, that everyone had to grab. Women’s tag team champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill kicked things off. They had figured it out that someone’s head was in the box. When Boogeyman revealed himself to them, the champs started screaming. Tiffany Stratton was next, and she thought that it was a worm pumpkin.
Bayley felt there were spiders in there. It was hairy, and she was creeped out. When it turned out to be Boogeyman, The Role Model was apprehended a bit before she gleefully exclaimed that she hated him. Indi Hartwell also put her guess to the test. She detected a head that was hard.

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa had a sort of idea what they were up to, with Johnny even guessing it was Boogeyman before they unboxed. Other names like Michin, B-Fab, and Byron Saxton also partook and were the ones to freak out the most over Boogeyman’s reveal. That was a fun watch, as evident by comments on social media.
Apart from this, WWE will present NXT: Halloween Havoc tonight, a Halloween-themed PLE that’d feature stars including Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, Trick Williams, Ethan Page, and Oba Femi, to name a few. Things are expected to get a little spooky.
The Boogeyman attended WWE SmackDown a few weeks ago, and he caught up with numerous superstars too. The 60-year-old clicked a photo alongside Paul Heyman, who’s been absent from WWE programming since June. The Wiseman endured a 4-on-1 beatdown at the hands of Solo Sikoa‘s rogue Bloodline.
Even though Roman Reigns is now at peace with The Usos as a trio, Heyman has yet to make it back. Recently, The OTC sorely felt Paul’s absence when Reigns failed to mend fences with Jey. Roman told Jimmy backstage that it’d have been done had Heyman been there.

Despite being off TV, Paul’s still quite involved with the ongoing Bloodline saga from behind the scenes. In fact, before Bad Blood, the cinematic faceoff between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes at the Georgia Tech Field had Heyman’s fingerprints all over it.
