Will Ospreay says MJF-Britt Baker AEW incident was ‘completely blown out of proportion’

According to Will Ospreay, the recent AEW backstage incident between MJF and Britt Baker wasn’t as big of a deal as it’s been made out to be. Echoing similar comments by MJF, Ospreay told the New York Post that the incident was “the most completely blown out of proportion thing I ever seen in my entire life.” Ospreay did not want to get into specifics due to not knowing exactly what had been reported. The incident happened backstage at the July 17 episode of Dynamite, where MJF defeated Ospreay in a nearly hour-long match to become the new AEW American Champion. Reportedly, MJF confronted Baker after AEW interviewer Alicia Atout (who is dating MJF) told him that Baker was speaking negatively about him.
