Here Are Your Key Moments From WWE Friday Night SmackDown For February 13, 2026

  • Tiffany Stratton opens the show and tells the crowd that she made it to the ELimination Chamber because when she says she's going to do something, she does it. She says there are five other women inside the Chamber, and that they won't get past her. Lash Legend and Nia Jax interrupted her to tell her that she got lucky last week, and after they beat RHIYO for Women's Tag Team Championships tonight, and that when Jax earns her place in the Chamber, she'll be stuck with her. Jax says they should just take care of her tonight. RHIYO interrupts and tells them all to calm down on their thoughts on winning the Chamber, because she's got it locked. Ripley says she doesn't want to get too ahead of herself, and they enter the ring to start their match.
  • Carmelo Hayes comes to the ring, and tells the crowd he's brought prestige and honor to the United States Championship like those before him. He says he's earned his shot for a match at WrestleMania 42, and he's going to qualify for the Elimination Chamber for his shot at the main event. He says he's made a promise tonight to someone for his United States Championship, and tells Ilja Dragunov to come to the ring. Before their match can begin, Solo Sikoa interrupts, and says Hayes that Dragunov can't another shot because he's already had his and failed. Dragunov asked Sikoa if his family abandoned him and tells them they're ready for a fight. As the MFT attacks Hayes and Dragunov, Apollo Crews, Matt Cardona, and Shinsuke Nakamura appear to break it up. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis tells the crowd we're in for a ten man tag team match tonight.

Cody Rhodes Earns A Chamber Spot, Bests Jacob Fatu and Sami Zayn

With WrestleMania 42 on the horizon, Cody Rhodes takes another step closer to a match with Drew McIntyre for the WWE Undisputed Championship. Besting Jacob Fatu and Sami Zayn, and with the unintended help of McIntyre, Rhodes scored a win and a spot in the Elimination Chamber in two weeks.

He walked into Elimination Chamber last year the champion, but Rhodes is in the hunt again, attempting to get his hands back on his gold. The more dynamic story, however, feels like the addition of Jacob Fatu, who has been one of the biggest detriments to both men, and should find his way into the match should it end up as a Rhodes/McIntyre face off in Vegas.

Jordynne Grace Makes A Big Statement Against Jade Cargill, Even In Loss

Even in defeat, Jordynne Grace made a big splash tonight on SmackDown against Jade Cargill. Competing for her first main roster title, Grace showed phenomenal skill and presentation against the champion, proving why she'll be a mainstay on the roster for some time to come.

It may have been a premature call to see Grace go over tonight in Texas, but there's no denying her ascent's on the way. As the women's matches at WrestleMania 42 continue to take shape, Grace may get another opportunity should she find her way into the Chamber.
