When Brock Lesnar first emerged on the scene in 2002, he exploded and was a Rookie of the Year for WWE. The Beast Incarnate forged decades of dominance, becoming simultaneously one of the most reviled and respected wrestlers in the company.
WWE inexplicably brought Lesnar back last year despite his involvement in Vince McMahon’s sex trafficking, and the time to remain divested from Lesnar as a member of the WWE product has come. There is no sense in utilizing Lesnar.
Instead, WWE need to find a new dominant monster wrestler to position at the top of the card into a heel, and while WWE have honestly known this for years, it has been easier said than done.
But now, WWE have a tailor made replacement for The Beast, and that is none other than Oba Femi, the NXT competitor who is now becoming a regular part of the main roster after accomplishing all that there is to accomplish on WWE’s Third Brand.
Oba Femi has enthralled wrestling fans since emerging on NXT, and he has been more than ready to make his mark on the main roster as the most exciting prospect since arguably Carmelo Hayes.
He is the Lesnar replacement. Everyone who watches Femi clobber opponents, such as the already massive (physically) War Raiders, can tell that this guy has that something special about him and can be the sort of feared athletic monster with understated charisma who blows through everyone. Watch him closely in 2026.
