WWE Main Event results: Pete Dunne vs. Dijak

This week’s WWE Main Event was taped at the EnMarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia before Monday’s episode of Raw. Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre defeated Kayden Carter & Katana Chance (5:05) This was fine and had a good finish. Dawn and Fyre look better each time they tag and it made sense that they got the win here. They built the match around Carter getting a hot tag before they made things unbalanced in the end to get the win. Carter came in all guns blazing and she got a two count on Dawn so that Fyre had to break it up and make a save. Dawn then took out Chance to leave Carter outnumbered. Dawn and Fyre did a cool finisher on Carter where they kind of hoisted her up and nailed her with a double-team DDT/Flatliner combo. Road Dogg wasn’t sure what it was either, but it looked pretty good to me. Pete Dunne defeated Dijak (7:10) This was really strong in the last few minutes as these two delivered a really good match by Main Event standards. This was the first outing for Dijak on this show under his new monik
