WWE NXT Results (10/28/25) – A Chaotic Halloween Havoc Fallout

The October 28 edition of WWE NXT emanated from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. At NXT Halloween Havoc, last Saturday, three titles changed hands: the Women’s North American Championship, NXT Women’s Championship, and NXT Tag Team Championship. For sure, we’ll hear about that in this Fallout episode from the PLE.

Four matches were advertised for this week’s NXT episode, including the WWE Speed tournament finals, Tavion Heights vs. Myles Borne, and the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship and the TNA Knockouts World Championship are on the line. Because TNA is involved, let’s Nygma dive into what happened last night.

Trick Williams Hijacks NXT

That wasn’t supposed to happen, but we saw Trick Williams in the production truck, saying this is his show and calling Ricky Saints. I agree with Vic Joseph when he says, “He has lost it.” He made his way to the ring and had some things to say. He called Ricky Saints again. Trick Williams talked about Trick Williams until Ricky Saints rushed to the ring. A big brawl followed; they had to be separated by security.

Jasper Troy will face El Grande Americano

The massive Jasper Troy earned a championship opportunity by defeating SmackDown’s Axiom in a Speed Match. Axiom did what he could to fell the gigantic Troy, but he recognized that time wasn’t on his side. Troy hit a ring-shaking Black Hole Slam to win the match and earn the right to challenge El Grande Americano for the Men’s Speed Championship.

NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley spins the wheel

Tatutm Paxley made her way to the ring with The Culling. She told the crowd she would never forget what she went through to become the Champion. Paxley may sometimes be intense or too much, but if a creepy little weirdo can be a Champion, so can anyone. She wants to give everyone an opportunity. Paxley unveiled a wheel of opponents. Izzi Dame didn’t seem happy to be one of the names on the wheel. The wheel made the deal; Paxley will face Lola Vice tonight for the Championship.

Kendal Grey faces Lash Legend

Supported by Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey continued to impress as she knocked off Lash Legend to remain Evolve Women’s Champion. The powerhouse proved why she’s one of NXT’s best, using her brute strength to muscle Grey out of the ring and continue the assault on the outside. Grey tried everything she could to regain the momentum, and a quick counter of Legend’s Big Boot in the corner proved to be the difference. The Champion sprang into action and hit Shades of Grey to put the Boujee Bully down and retain her title.

Myles Borne, Tavion Heights, and Trick & Ricky

Despite being former teammates in the No Quarter Catch Crew, Borne and Heights put their friendship aside for one night and battled to a near stalemate. Josh Briggs, who was sitting in on commentary, tried to get involved but was met with a stiff forearm from Heights. Heights went for his signature running belly-to-belly, but was rolled up by Borne for the win.

After the match, Briggs attacked Heights while Trick Williams hit Borne with a chair. Williams called out Saints again. Ricky Saints rushed, then another brawl and another security separation.

Fatal Influence Not done with Tatum Paxley

NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley was excited to defend her title against Lola Vice, but Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Lainey Reid hit the scene and took everyone out. Fatal Influence made the bout end in a no-contest.

Kelani Jordan Cheated to Win

The TNA Knockouts Championship remained with Kelani Jordan after a stellar match against Jordynne Grace. The Juggernaut had the power advantage as she managed to pick off Jordan in mid-air, but the champion countered with a huge Split-Legged Stunner. Suddenly, Trick Williams and NXT Champion Ricky Saints continued their brawl into the ringside area.

It allowed Jordan to hit Grace with the TNA Knockouts Title to win the bout. After so much brawling, Ava came and said to Williams and Saints that, if they want to fight, they can do it until one of them can’t stand anymore. In two weeks, they will face off in a Last Man Standing match for the NXT Championship.

Meanwhile, Backstage…

  • Sol Ruca relinquished the WWE Speed Women’s Championship. NXT General Manager Ava told Ruca the doctors were unsure of her return day and asked her about the Speed Championship. She decided that this division needed a fighting Champion while she focuses on her rehab. A tournament will start next week.
  • Thea Hail said his name, and he appeared. Joe Hendry interrupted a conversation between NXT North American Champion Ethan Page and Chelsea Green.
  • With TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater absent from NXT this week, his friend Je’Von Evans was confronted by the new NXT Tag Team Champions, DarkState.
  • Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe cut a promo from her bath.
  • Zaria wants to be in the Speed tournament, and Tatum Paxley wants her title back.

Nygma Says

I’m one of these people who think there’s beauty in chaos. This episode was insane to follow, but at the same time, wrestling-wise, it was really good. I really appreciated the spotlight given to the women; they were given it, and they stole the night.

I still do not believe in Joe Hendry. In NXT or TNA, why would I change? The road to NXT Gold Rush and Deadline should be pretty epic. I’ll see you next week as I keep on exploring the NXT world through the NXTNA “cold war.” Till then, may the Nygma be with you.
