WWE Raw Results: Rey Mysterio Returns, Sets Up Survivor Series Match

WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio returned to Monday Night Raw, interrupting his son, Intercontinental and AAA Mega Champion "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio.

Rey and Dom traded jabs in a heated verbal exchange that kept the New Mexico crowd roaring.

Following his successful title defense at Saturday Night's Main Event, Dom claimed to be the greatest luchador of all time. Rey interrupted to say otherwise.

The New Mexico fans were not quick to turn on Dom. To Rey's surprise, a "Dirty...Dirty Dom!" chant broke out in his son's support.

In a highlight of their back-and-forth, Rey questioned if Dom thought he was better than Eddie Guerrero. Dom told Rey to, "keep his father's name out of your mouth!"

Rey got the crowd back by telling Dom he is not better than the legendary WWE Hall of Famer.

Rey made clear to Dom that as long as he is around, Dom will not be the greatest luchador of all time, the ring will not be his, and he will not be the greatest Mysterio. Dom attempted a cheap shot on his dad, but ate a 619 before escaping from a splash.

This exchange likely sets up a Survivor Series match between the two as the event will be in their hometown of San Diego, California.
