WWE Reveals Roman Reigns' Upcoming May Appearances

WWE confirmed on Tuesday the dates on which World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will appear during the month of May.

Recent days have been filled with speculation about Reigns' future, and mostly fear among fans that The OTC might be on his way out of the company, or, alternatively, heading toward a "part-timer" role again, despite holding one of the most important championships.

The reason for this speculation is that in an interview with Vanity Fair last year, Reigns said his current WWE contract ends in May. There are no public confirmations that his deal has been restructured, and for all we know, he may already have a new agreement in place.

The company had announced him for all of the June RAW shows, but now the graphic has changed, and he is no longer announced for any of the June shows until Night of Champions on June 27, 2026. This timing is what caused fear among fans.

WWE Confirms Roman Reigns' Appearances for May

Meanwhile, WWE has just confirmed his appearances for May in a social media post.

"Acknowledge your OTC this May. Don't wait to see Roman Reigns, buy your tickets NOW!" they wrote on X (Twitter).

The graphic shows that Reigns will participate in Backlash, scheduled for Saturday, May 9, in Tampa, Florida. He will also be at the RAW editions on May 11 (Knoxville, Tennessee), May 18 (Greensboro, North Carolina), and May 25 (Columbus, Ohio), and at Clash in Italy on May 31 in Turin, Italy.

Fans did not stop and began commenting on the post, such as "What about his dates for June for the full-time champ?" or "What about that June schedule?"
