This Friday night, the March to WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 in Chicago races on as we the slots of the Men’s and Women’s matches continue to fill out with some of the biggest and brightest the industry has ever seen, and the qualifiers resume this February 20, 2026. Let’s not beat around the bush and get into it. Here’s the WWE SmackDown preview for February 20, 2026. Let’s run it down.
Nothing has been set in stone, but it seems like Nick Aldis wheelin’ and dealin’, handing what looked like a contract to Oba Femi on last week’s SmackDown, before they were rudely interrupted by the “Toxic Masculinity” fighter himself, Kit Wilson. A few weeks ago, Femi absolutely mauled Kit on SmackDown, and Kit had a poem that aired his grievances, which Aldis read out loud to the dismay of Kit in front of Oba Femi.
Femi had a huge grin on his face, saying that these feelings need to be settled in the ring, and Wilson begrudingly agreed to a rematch next Friday night. Since graduating to the main roster, Oba Femi has been absolutely dominant, carving out a list of bodies on both Raw and SmackDown, similar to what he did in his time in NXT.
Again, it seems like Nick Aldis is trying to sway Oba Femi to come to SmackDown, and if that is the case, it will spell disaster for Kit Wilson, as well as the entirety of the SmackDown roster.
Can Kit Wilson finally vanquish the monster? Or will Oba Femi notch another monster win?
On this week’s SmackDown, we have another amazing 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber qualifier pitting Damian Priest, Carmelo Hayes, and Trick Williams. On the surface, this is a Three-Way-Dance featuring SmackDown’s best, but really, it’s the first time Melo and Trick will go at it since the latter’s call-up to SmackDown.
Trick and Melo, once going by the Trick Melo Gang in NXT, were as tight as any duo. Eventually, they had to go their separate ways, which led to Melo getting drafted to SmackDown and becoming United States Champion, and Trick becoming a big star too, securing the NXT North American Title, the NXT Title twice, and even becoming TNA World Champion.
This Friday, these two friends meet on the biggest stage, and with one slot reserved for the winner of this Triple Threat Match, things could get dicey between the two. On top of that, you throw Damian Priest into the mix, a former Mr. Money in the Bank and WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and Trick and Melo need to keep their eyes peeled, as a veteran of that caliber can exploit and capitalize on any weakness either of the two could show.
It’s going to be an exciting Triple Threat Match this Friday night, and it happens on SyFy and Netflix internationally!
