WWE Star Liv Morgan Attends 'Stranger Things' Premiere Amid Injury Recovery

As seen in the above photo, Morgan looked stunning and very cool on the red carpet in a demogorgon-inspired dress. There is no doubt that she was there for public relations between WWE and Netflix, seeing that WWE Raw airs on it. The partnership between Netflix and WWE started earlier this year (2025) when Raw premiered on the popular streaming service on January 6.

Though it probably wasn’t only for that, because Morgan does love her horror and sci-fi movies and TV shows. Morgan made an appearance in 2022 on the USA Network “Chucky” television series, which is part of the "Child's Play" franchise. She's, of course, not the only horror fanatic on the current roster. There is Ripley, who is dying to get a role in the fourth "Terrifier" movie. She did a collaboration with the killer clown franchise via clothing at Hot Topic. Though speaking of Ripley and the Raw debut on Netflix, it went well for her. She had defeated Morgan for the World Women’s Championship.

Liv Morgan’s Injury

Morgan has been out of action since suffering a separated shoulder in a match against Kairi Sane on the June 16, 2025, edition of Raw. The match had to be stopped by the referee. Morgan still held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with Raquel Rodriguez. That’s when Roxanne Perez took over and became the champion. She stole her spot in Judgment Day and Dominik Mysterio, so when she does return, it’ll probably be a feud between Morgan and Perez.

As noted, Morgan is expected to return to the ring by the beginning of 2026. There is hope that she returns for the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match. The 2026 Royal Rumble is taking place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. One of the last times Morgan was in Saudi Arabia, she became the first-ever Women’s Crown Jewel Champion. She defeated Nia Jax for the title. This year’s winner went to Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. Anyway, it will be the first time the event is held outside of North America. The area will be hosting WrestleMania in 2027, another first for the company. Like the 2026 Royal Rumble, this will be the first time that WrestleMania will be held outside of North America.
