WWE Star Returns From Injury Just in Time for 'WrestleMania 41' Weekend

A former WWE champion made her surprising return less than two weeks before "WrestleMania 41" weekend.

WWE is putting the final touches together on storylines as "The Grandest Stage of Them All" draws closer. The company recently added a slew of matches to this year's "WrestleMania" card. WWE will be without two major stars in Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the two-night PLE, but a major star who had briefly been on the shelf due to an injury is back.

Going into "NXT Stand & Deliver 2025," it appeared NXT Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer was on a collision course with Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker. While the potential contenders are still in play for a title opportunity, one returning superstar has changed the dynamic.

Former NXT Women's Champion Giulia returned after being sidelined due to a minor injury. While the Japanese star initially saved Vaquer from a beatdown at the hands of Grace and Parker, she ended up hitting the Northern Lights Bomb on her former friend.

Giulia hasn't been seen on WWE TV since losing the NXT Women's Championship to Vaquer at "WWE Roadblock." She was reportedly dealing with an undisclosed injury and had minor visa issues to clear up. Giulia is now back in time for "WrestleMania 41" weekend, and she might be inserted in the NXT Women's Championship match at "Stand & Deliver."

Both Parker and Grace have been demanding a title opportunity, but they have yet to be officially booked for "NXT's" biggest show of the year. With Giulia now returning to the title picture, perhaps a fatal four-way match looms.
