A WWE championship has been vacated just under three weeks prior to "WrestleMania 41."
There have been plenty of twists and turns on the road to the two-night PLE in Las Vegas. John Cena turned heel on Cody Rhodes prior to their Undisputed WWE Championship match, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther injured Jimmy Uso before facing Jey Uso, and many expect Rhea Ripley to be added to the Women's World Championship match at "WrestleMania 41."
Yet another big moment has taken place prior to the biggest wrestling weekend of the year. During the April 1, 2025 episode of "WWE NXT," Stephanie Vaquer announced that she has decided to vacate the NXT Women's North American Championship. A six-woman ladder match will take place at "NXT Stand & Deliver" to crown a new titleholder.

Qualifying matches for the April 19 event inside T-Mobile Arena have begun. Vaquer did have one stipulation before agreeing to relinquish the NXT Women's North American Championship. She will get to choose who will challenge her for the NXT Women's Championship at "Stand & Deliver."
Vaquer captured the North American gold at "Vengeance Day 2025." She defeated Fallon Henley to capture the title. Vaquer then became a double champion when she pinned Giulia at "WWE Roadblock" to take NXT's top female prize.
Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker have been feuding over who gets the right to face Vaquer at "NXT Stand & Deliver." The two ended up brawling, and Grace launched one of the security guards onto his coworkers. Time will tell if both Grace and Parker can somehow get a crack at Vaquer for the NXT Women's Championship.
