WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match Set For Clash at the Castle

WWE’s Clash at the Castle will feature a match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, when Drew McIntyre will face off against Damian Priest.

The match was confirmed during today’s King and Queen of the Ring event, and will see McIntyre look to get revenge against Priest in his home country of Scotland.

McIntyre previously lost the World Heavyweight title to Damian, after Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract against McIntyre after Drew beat Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.

Priest told McIntyre that he would give the man a rematch once his arm injury healed up. McIntyre fractured his elbow during WrestleMania 40, when Punk dropped him onto an announce table in the spot that saw Priest cash in his contract.

WWE’s Clash at the Castle 2024 will take place on June 15, 2024, and will be held at OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland.
