WWE's Alexa Bliss is "all clear" after undergoing a procedure to remove skin cancer.

In a post on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Bliss had a bandage on the side of her face after having the procedure done. She wrote: "Dear younger me, You should have stayed out of tanning beds. All clear now though! Thank you @americanskininstitute for taking great care of me!"

Bliss posted a pair of tweets responding to fans on Tuesday and Wednesday. Bliss noted that she had a biopsy done to check a spot on her face that had gotten worse. After the spot was found to be basal cell carcinoma, Bliss underwent a "quick and easy" procedure to treat it.

Thank you! Don’t worry, short healing time. Always get your skin checked! Esp if you are in the sun or use tanning beds! Lol

There was a spot on my face yes- that had gotten worse. So went to get biopsy. Was basal cell carcinoma. During my procedure doc also found other squamous cells. Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked

Basal cell carcinoma is the most common form of skin cancer.

Bliss hasn't appear on WWE programming since unsuccessfully challenging Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship at the Royal Rumble this January. Earlier this month, Bliss responded to reports that she's on a hiatus from WWE: "Tired of seeing these tweets. I am not on a hiatus. They know where to find me. also need to remember - you only see what parts of life I want you to see.”
