The Milwaukee Brewers had a solid start to their campaign in the 2025 MLB postseason, as they scored a 9-3 drubbing of the Chicago Cubs in Game 1 of their National League Division Series against the Chicago Cubs at American Family Field last Saturday.

All eyes in Milwaukee are on the Brewers at the moment, especially with the Milwaukee Bucks still waiting for the new NBA season to begin and the Green Bay Packers enjoying a bye in Week 5 of the 2025 NFL season.

Bucks send support for Brewers amid 2025 MLB postseason

Before Game 1 of the NLDS between the Milwaukee and the Cubs. Pat Murphy’s team got a supportive message from their Milwaukee basketball counterpart.

“October baseball in Milwaukee. Good luck in the postseason, Brewers!” read the post, which also featured an edited graphic showing Bucks supertar forward and two-time NBA Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio.

As for the Bucks, they are gearing up for the 2025-26 NBA season after an early exit from the 2025 NBA Playoffs at the hands of the Indiana Pacers.

The Bucks are also scheduled for four NBA preseason games, beginning this Monday night against the Miami Heat. They will kick off their 2025-26 regular season schedule on Oct. 22 versus the visiting Washington Wizards at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
