Canelo Alvarez fought one of the world’s toughest fighters, who was really upset with the amount of money he made from the contest.
In his time in boxing, the Mexican has become one of the faces of the sport, making millions from his bouts inside the ring.
Blessed with phenomenal skills, the power puncher has proven himself as an all-time great, compiling a truly fantastic resume.
After Canelo destroyed Amir Khan with a huge punch, he went toe-to-toe with another British warrior.

On September 17, 2016, Canelo Alvarez challenged Liam Smith for the WBO super welterweight world championship at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA.
After a spirited effort, the Englishman relinquished his title via ninth-round KO.
Despite performing on a massive stage, Smith is still haunted by the amount he was paid.
In an interview with First Round TV, ‘Beefy’ said: “I never got good money for that. I got better money for the Chris Eubank Jr fights.
“I got really short-changed for it. At the time, I remember being young and naive and thought, ‘You know what, if I beat him, I’ll get millions for the rematch’.
“Callum Smith, John Ryder, Billy Joe Saunders all got five, six, seven times more than I got.
“When I think about what I would change in boxing, that’s the only thing I’d change and the Eubank Jr rematch.
“I wish I had held out because I was champion. I just thought, ‘I’ll never get this opportunity again’.”
Over the years, Canelo has fought many Brits, beating them at a canter.
However, he hasn’t just faced them on fight night, but in sparring sessions within the confines of the gym.
Interestingly, a now world-level boxer recently discussed the figure he received to help the icon prepare for a major fight.
This boxer, says Canelo and Floyd Mayweather, paid him different amounts for sparring.
