On Saturday, August 17 at the Centre Videotron in Quebec, Canada, Christian Mbilli (26-0, 22 KOs) will put his unbeaten record on the line against former world title challenger Sergiy Derevyanchenko (15-5, 10 KOs) in a super middleweight bout. The entire card will be shown live on ESPN+ for those in the United States and Sky Sports for those in the UK.
Mbilli has won his last three fights by stoppage, including an impressive win over the tough Rohan Murdock on January 13, 2024. Derevyanchenko, despite having five defeats has mixed at a higher level, which saw him push Jaime Munguia all the way, with a last-round knockdown costing the Ukrainian fighter. The Crimea native has fought once in 2024, which saw him comfortably beat Vaughn Alexander by unanimous decision with the judge’s scorecards reading 100-89 x3.
