Deontay Wilder to Jarrell Miller: ‘I’d slap the f**k outta him right now’
Xinhua

Deontay Wilder has an angry reaction to comments by Jarrell Miller as a potential fight is looming.

As of late, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ has not been in the best form, in fact there have been calls from a few boxers for Wilder to retire. Wilder has come up short in his last two fights.

Wilder lost in a unanimous decision to Joseph Parker, a loss that prevented him from securing the Anthony Joshua fight. That defeat was followed with a knockout defeat against Zhilei Zhang, taking his record to just one victory in his four bouts since working with Malik Scott.

Despite the pressure to fire Malik Scott, Wilder has decided to continue training with Scott.

Wilder also shot down any thoughts of retirement as many fighters retired or active has suggested.

Wilder has now had his say on Miller’s recent comments, mocking him by saying the only thing he can smash is burgers.

“The only thing he’s smashing is burgers, and he barely do that well. With him, it’s talk, talk, talk. But if that fight does land for him, I can’t wait for it. I hope he’s already paid for his grave burial. I don’t play around. If I saw him today, I’d slap the f**k outta him right now. Deontay Wilder has returned. Everybody better respect the name,” Wilder said.
