Terri "Belter" Harper (15-2-2, 6 KOs) will defend her WBO lightweight title against undefeated German challenger Natalie Zimmermann (13-0, 3 KOs).
Harper returns to her home county of Yorkshire to headline a pro boxing event. Her first since September 2024, when she defeated Rhiannon Dixon to become the lightweight champion.
This fight will be Harper's first title defence and will take place in her hometown, in front of her family and supporters. Regardless of the outcome, this fight is significant for women's boxing; not only will Harper be the first woman to headline an event at Eco-Power Stadium, but she is also a three-weight world champion after having won IBO and WBC super featherweight titles and WBA super welterweight title and now the WBO lightweight title.
"I think it's my time now to show I am not just here to make the numbers up," said Harper to the press during the pre-match conference in Eco-Power Stadium in Doncaster, England. On March 3, 2025.
Zimmermann enters the ring with a perfect professional record for her first world title fight. For most of her fights she has fought in Germany but has recently fought in Spain against Katerina Dvorakova and Orsolya Moldovan.
The championship fight is the main event of GBM Sports first stadium show at the capacity of 15,231. Harper is a heavy 1/11 Favorite.
The undercard sees Maxi Hughes versus Archie Sharp for the WBA Intercontinental lightweight title, Tysie Gallagher defending her British and Commonwealth super bantamweight titles against Ebonie Jones, Reece Mould versus Lewis Sylvester, and James Flint versus Haithem Laamouz.
