Social media personality and boxer Jake Paul made a tidy sum from his fight with Mike Tyson a few months ago. And while he is never strapped for cash, he is probably using some of that money towards a massive purchase.
According to TMZ Sports, Paul is set to purchase an estate in the state of Georgia for a whopping $42 million. Paul's plans for the property are unknown as of now but he is considered "unlikely to move into the place." It is a nice property though, with a lodge, barn, master house, guest house, duck pond, and its own lake.
"TMZ Sports has learned the internet superstar and boxer is in contract to land the 5,7000-acre property in Decatur County... as part of one of his growing business ventures," the outlet reported.
"Sources tell us Jake's unlikely to move into the place... but regardless, it has everything one could ever ask for -- including a lodge, horse barn, managers house, guest house, duck pond, lake and a 200-foot bluff overlooking Lake Seminole."

For someone with the resources that Jake Paul has, a property of that size could be useful for anything from his YouTube and content creation career, to his boxing career.
Even so, $42 million for a purchase of any size is pretty wild. Unless he plans on turning it into something that will turn into a money-maker for him like a horse stud farm or an attraction, he may be hard-pressed to earn that money back any time soon.
Paul rose to prominence in the 2010s with his content on YouTube and other video platforms but has branched out in recent years significantly.
By far his most public venture in the sports world is his boxing career, which has seen him go 11-1 while taking on mostly former MMA stars such as Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, Nate Diaz and Mike Perry.
His most recent fight was his battle with the legendary Mike Tyson in November, a fight where he won by unanimous decision.
Paul earned an estimated $40 million for the Tyson fight, while Tyson himself pocketed a reported $20 million.
Now we know where the money's going.
