In front of a crowd of over 70,000 at AT&T Stadium, YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul defeated 58-year-old Mike Tyson by a unanimous decision late Friday night, going into early Saturday morning live on Netflix.

The fight went the entire eight rounds, with each lasting two minutes compared to the normal 12 rounds, three minutes each. Still, Tyson showed his age throughout, appearing exhausted early on in the match.

After the fight, Paul spoke to the media for his post-fight press conference. When asked if he took his foot off the gas because Tyson seemed tired, Paul was quick to respond.

"Yeah, definitely," Paul said. "Definitely a bit. You know I wanted to give the fans a show, but I didn't wanna hurt someone that didn't need to be hurt."

Paul was also asked if he felt Tyson's power at all during the fight, to which the 27-year-old responded, "No."

The final punch stats were well in Paul's favor, landing 78 of his 278 punches thrown at the former heavyweight champion of the world. On the other hand, Tyson only landed 18 of his 97, good for a 19% landing rate.

Paul and Tyson were originally slated to duke it out back on July 20, but the fight was postponed a few months after Tyson suffered an ulcer flare-up aboard a plane.

Still, the event grabbed tons of attention throughout the night, even causing Netflix's stream of the fight to freeze and buffer consistently. The match also brought a large crowd of celebrities to Arlington, Texas, including NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, actress Charlize Theron, and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, among many others.

Paul is now 11-1 during his professional boxing career, including seven wins by knockout. Meanwhile, Tyson, who started in 1985, drops to 50-7 in his long career, but still owns an impressive 44 victories by KO.
