It will be an early morning unified middleweight title fight here in the U.S. on Saturday, streaming live on ESPN+. The champion, Janibek Alimkhanuly (16-0, 11 KOs), will take on Anauel Ngamissengue (14-0, 9 KOs) at Barys Arena in Astana.
After fighting only once last year, Alimkhanuly makes his 2025 debut with hopes of a big fight if successful on Saturday. Alimkhanuly may have to move up to super middleweight if he doesn’t get the fights he’s been desperately calling for. His opponent, Ngamissengue, is unknown and has never fought outside of France, and he once fought in Poland. Will this be another title defense for Alimkhanuly where he looks dominant, or will the unknown challenger pull off the upset?
Per DraftKings SportsBook, Janibek Alimkhanuly is the favorite at -650, and Anauel Ngamissengue is the underdog at +400.
These timings could change due to the length of the undercard fights.
