Earlier today in Puerto Rico, IBF junior welterweight champion Liam Paro (25-0, 15 KOs) and challenger Richardson Hitchins (18-0, 7 KOs) came under the division’s limit of 140 pounds. Both fighters looked in tremendous shape as Paro will make his first defense of the IBF strap while Hitchins will be fighting in his first world title fight. The oddsmakers have this one just about a 50/50 fight so it’ll be interesting to see how this one plays out.
