Teofimo Lopez destroyed Richard Commey with a second-round TKO win on Saturday night in New York, and Lopez paid respect to Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow in the ring.
Lopez knocked Commey down in the second round with a monster right hand that had Commey dazed and wobbly. After Commey beat the count, Lopez continued to pummel his opponent until the fight was stopped with just over a minute left in the round, giving Lopez the TKO win.

The fight was at Madison Square Garden in New York, nearby where the Heisman Trophy was awarded just before the fight on ESPN, which explains the tie-in.
The 22-year-old from Brooklyn also did his signature flip in the ring after the win.
Lopez is now 15-0. He will face Vasiliy Lomachenko next.
