Georgia Tech outfielder Drew Burress shares the spotlight atop our 2026 Preseason All-American teams alongside superstar UCLA shortstop Roch Cholowsky, giving this year’s list two of the most dominant and influential players in college baseball.

Georgia Tech and Texas A&M lead the way with four selections each, while Florida places three players on the teams, highlighting the programs entering the spring with the most proven high-end talent. Several other national contenders, including LSU, Texas, Coastal Carolina, Oregon State, Arkansas, and Georgia, also produced multiple selections, reinforcing the depth across the sport’s elite tier.

Our preseason teams are built with one clear goal: to identify the players who are projected to have the greatest impact on winning in 2026.

Past performance plays a role, but equal emphasis is placed on role, competition, and overall value to a championship-caliber roster, resulting in a group that reflects both established excellence and the players best positioned to shape the upcoming season.

First, let’s start with our national preseason awards.
