Cincinnati Bearcats Basketball Adds Local Talent Grant Darbyshire to 2025-26 Roster

  The Bearcats latest basketball transfer didn't have to travel far to find a new (old) home. Kentucky walk-on Grant Darbyshire is joining the team after three years with the Wildcats.

Darbyshire makes up the 13th spot on the 2025-26 roster and brings top-notch program experience from the SEC. He has appeared in six career games over the past three seasons.

He played high school basketball at Sycamore in Cincinnati and was born nearby in Florence, Kentucky.
