The 2025 NCAA Tournament is down to 16 teams, and the Sweet 16 begins on Thursday with four games.

No. 6 seed BYU faces No. Alabama in the first game of the night, followed by No. 4 Maryland against No. 1 Florida.

Then, No. 4 Arizona takes on No. 1 Duke and No. 10 Arkansas battles against No. 3 Texas Tech in the final game of the night.

BYU defeated No. 11 VCU and No. 3 Wisconsin to get to the Sweet 16 round in the first year with Kevin Young as the head coach.

Alabama, meanwhile, made the Final Four a year ago and beat No. 15 Robert Morris and No. 7 St. Mary's thus far in March Madness.

On Wednesday, legendary broadcaster Dick Vitale took to X to share his thoughts on the game.

In turn, he predicted a winner for the BYU-Alabama showdown, and Vitale is rolling with Alabama.

"Will @BYUMBB be able to contain the offense of @nate_oats & his @AlabamaMBB team? Bama ‘s Mark Sears is the engine of that fab offense but the Cougars Richie Saunders & future @NBA player Egor Demin will not back down . In the end Roll Tide to talented & will advance."

Alabama is a dangerous team once again, and the Crimson Tide had six players finish in double figures in the Round of 32 win over St. Mary's.

Alabama is a -5.5 point favorite, per ESPN BET, and Vitale feels good about the Crimson Tide advancing to the Elite Eight for the second straight year.
