Florida A&M University And FAMU Head Football Coach Search Committee Engages Search Firm

Florida A&M University and its FAMU Head Football Coach Search Committee have engaged Renaissance Search and Consultants to locate the Rattlers' next head football coach, according to Gerald Thomas III of the Tallahassee Democrat . During Thursday's meeting, Herb Courtney II, the founder of the search firm, was introduced to the FAMU head football coach search committee.

"Renaissance Search and Consultants was founded in 2020 by former University of Delaware and professional basketball player Herb Courtney II," Thomas reported.

The goal is to have a new head football coach identified by the next National Signing Day on Feb. 7.
