Former Cincinnati forward Dillon Mitchell is committing to Rick Pitino and St. John's in the transfer portal. On3's Joe Tipton reported the news.
The 6-8, 205-pound forward transferred into Cincinnati from Texas last offseason and averaged 9.9 points and 6.9 rebounds per game at UC. He started all 35 games this past season and was Cincinnati's best all-around player throughout the disappointing team campaign.
This is Mitchell's third school in three seasons as he looks to stabilize in his new home and eventually earn a spot in the NBA.
