Kansas earns spot in Final Four with huge second half to blow out Miami

The top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks trailed at halftime for the first time in a month-and-a-half Sunday, but it didn't last long. Kansas stormed back to beat 10th-seeded Miami Hurricanes, 76-50, in an Elite Eight matchup to secure a spot in the Final Four.

Miami led 35-29 after the first 20 minutes of play, but the Jayhawks led by double-digits 10 minutes into the second half and never took their foot off the gas.

Ochai Agbaji led the Jayhawks in scoring with 18 points, while David McCormack added 15 points. Kansas shot 49.1 percent from the field, but also made only half of its 26 free throws in the game. Miami made 34.5 percent of its field goals.

Kansas will face the Villanova Wildcats, winners of the South region, in the Final Four. The Jayhawks were the only No. 1 seed to advance past the Sweet 16.
