LeBron James was beyond proud of his son Bronny following the USC freshman’s college basketball debut Sunday against Long Beach State.

The Trojans lost 84-79 in overtime against the Beach at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Despite the USC defeat on the scoreboard, the game was already a win for the James family the moment Bronny set foot on the hardwood.

The 19-year-old made a triumphant comeback on the court after suffering a cardiac arrest in July.

The Los Angeles Lakers star and NBA in-season tournament MVP shifted to dad mode to express how proud he was of Bronny.

The James family patriarch, who sat courtside for the contest, posted a message to his son on Instagram following the teenager’s debut.

“Can’t even tell y’all how EMOTIONAL today was for me! I’m literally drained and all I can say is @Bronny you’re simply INCREDIBLE!! Damn the wins and loses [sic] that will occur. You’ve already won the ultimate goal/championship and that’s LIFE!!! Proud of you kid and today you’ve given me more life! Thank you and I love you,” said LeBron.

LeBron also showed off his pride in celebrating Bronny’s first bucket in a USC uniform — a three-pointer from the right wing.

Bronny finished with four points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block in USC’s OT loss.

Perhaps the most important stat was the 17 minutes Bronny was able to play off the Trojans’ bench without any setbacks.
