Before his tenure in Detroit, Stone spent two seasons at Grand Canyon

In 69 career games played, Stone averaged 12 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists, shooting 43.2% from the field and 34.7% from beyond the arc.

The five-man transfer group joins fellow newcomers Aaron Rowe and Nicholas Randall as well as returners Mark Mitchell, Anthony Robinson II, Trent Pierce, Jacob Crews, T.O. Barrett, Annor Boateng and Trent Burns on head coach Dennis Gates' 2025-26 roster.
