The 'NCAA men's basketball champions' quiz

With a game played in Rome in front of the Pope and a 24-hour marathon that spanned Rock Hill, South Carolina to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the 2026-27 college basketball season is officially here!

The nation’s No. 1 team in Florida topped their in-state rival and 14th-ranked-Miami, the defending champion Michigan Wolverines began the Mike Boynton era with a win over Oakland, and East Texas A&M got their program’s first victory over a power-conference opponent with an upset in Norman over the Oklahoma Sooners.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. The road to the 2027 Final Four in Detroit has begun. With that being said, can you name every men’s basketball NCAA champion since 1939?

Good luck!

Note: The tournament was cancelled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
