The attorneys for Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs have issued a response to the new allegations against their client.
The release of new police files indicated that Jacobs had face allegations of domestic violence by three other women following his May arrest. In a statement, his attorneys referred to those allegations as “uncorroborated, old and previously unreported.”
“(The Brown County District Attorney’s office) conducted their own exhaustive investigation, along with the police department, and the D.A. determined that only two misdemeanor charges were warranted,” the statement adds.
“They then entered into a plea agreement with Josh Jacobs. Josh has repeatedly expressed his remorse and is honoring the terms of the agreement.”

In the latest set of documents, three other women reached out to police after Jacobs’ May 2026 arrest alleging other domestic incidents in 2021 and 2022. None of those allegations resulted in charges, and Jacobs did indeed enter into a plea agreement regarding the May incident. That also led him to spend the first six games of the NFL season on the Commissioner’s Exempt list.
The NFL can still investigate any new allegations against Jacobs and impose further discipline if the evidence warrants. The league already issued a statement pledging a new review.
From the NFL: “We will review these allegations as part of the investigation which has remained open.”
