Armando Bacot scored a team-high 16 points, and became the 7th Tar Heel player to surpass the 2,000 point mark in his career. RJ Davis scored 15 points and in the process passed Hubert Davis for 9th all-time in made 3-point field goals at North Carolina. Carlton Carrington scored a game-high 20 points in the loss.
